The mission of the Rochester Conservatory of Music is to encourage, inspire and develop the musical potential of each student regardless of age or ability. We nurture talent-innate or acquired. Our faculty is comprised of dedicated professionals, fully licensed and certified Musikgarten instructors, piano, vocal, and instrumental instructors with advanced degrees.

Through high-quality instruction, our students learn the skills needed to appreciate and participate in the joy of music. The RCM fosters an atmosphere that encourages artistic growth, love for the arts, creative expression, and the satisfaction of achievement. We offer a broad spectrum of performing experiences through festivals, performance workshops, and recitals by students, faculty, and visiting artists.
