WEATHER CLOSINGS
We do not follow the Rochester School System's lead on school closings since most of our classes are in the afternoon after the roads have been sufficiently cleared. Each teacher will call to cancel their lessons on account of the weather. If there is any question, call them at their home. Canceled lessons will be rescheduled.

ABSENCES
Advance notification (at least 24 hours before lesson time) is required of all cancellations. There are no refunds for student absences. A make-up week is included at the end of each semester to accommodate ONE excused student absence per semester. If a student has had perfect attendance, but would still like to come during make-up week, you may pay for the extra lesson when you come. Group events such as Recitals, Musikgarten, Choir, theory and performance workshops cannot be made up. Theacher absences will be rescheduled at the student's convenience.
